Contact
The fastest way to reach Squadron 42 Guide is email: wuzhihun_shen@outlook.com. One address, read by the person who actually updates the pages.
What to send
- Corrections - something dated wrong, a link that moved, a claim that does not match the official material. Include the source if you have it and it gets handled first.
- New signals - an official trailer, a store page update, a letter from the studio that this site has not picked up yet.
- Questions about the site - coverage requests, reuse of anything here, or takedown requests for imagery, which are honoured promptly.
What not to send
Please do not send leaked material, private account information, or anything that is not yours to share. This site only publishes what the developers have made public, and the same rule applies to its inbox.
Response times
Email is checked regularly, and corrections tied to a source are usually live within a day or two. If you are writing about a launch-window change, expect a fast reply - those updates are the whole point of this place.
For official support - account issues, purchases, refunds - the correct destination is RSI's support system, not this inbox. This site is an independent tracker and cannot touch accounts or orders.
